- Manage approximately 75 strategic accounts within specific industry verticals.
- Deal sizes range from $30K pilots to multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise transformations.
- Annual quota is approximately $1.2M when fully ramped.
- Sales cycles average roughly 100 days with a 25% close rate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Approximately 10–15 years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Strong preference for candidates who have sold into HR, Talent, Workforce, Assessment, or Leadership Development markets.
- Experience selling to CHROs and senior HR executives is highly valued.
- Executive presence and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders are critical.
- Stable career progression with demonstrated success over time.
- Financial services relationships and New York market knowledge are significant advantages.

Compensation & Location
- Target base salary range: $150K–$160K.
- Exceptional candidates above range may still be considered.
- Role is remote but requires proximity to the Northeast/New York market.
- Periodic travel (approximately every six weeks) to company headquarters for sales meetings and team collaboration.
