Enterprise Business Development Manager (BDM)

Remote Northeast


Overview

  • Enterprise BDM focused on organizations with 14,000+ employees across North America.
  • Manage approximately 75 strategic accounts within specific industry verticals.
  • Deal sizes range from $30K pilots to multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise transformations.
  • Annual quota is approximately $1.2M when fully ramped.
  • Sales cycles average roughly 100 days with a 25% close rate.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Approximately 10–15 years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have sold into HR, Talent, Workforce, Assessment, or Leadership Development markets.
  • Experience selling to CHROs and senior HR executives is highly valued.
  • Executive presence and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders are critical.
  • Stable career progression with demonstrated success over time.
  • Financial services relationships and New York market knowledge are significant advantages.

Compensation & Location

  • Target base salary range: $150K–$160K.
  • Exceptional candidates above range may still be considered.
  • Role is remote but requires proximity to the Northeast/New York market.
  • Periodic travel (approximately every six weeks) to company headquarters for sales meetings and team collaboration.
