The Role
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Director will own the full sales cycle — selling both managed services and self-serve solutions. This is a remote position focused on selling into clients across the East Coast.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying, pitching, and closing deals with agencies and brands, presenting both managed services and self-serve solutions.
- Develop new business to meet sales quotas, leveraging qualified leads from the pre-sales team, and build/expand a book of business across industries.
- Collaborate closely with internal account management, product, and campaign management teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
- Apply ad tech ecosystem knowledge to bring strategic insight and innovative solutions to prospects and clients.
What You Bring
- A results-driven, proactive approach to hunting new business and building client relationships.
- A proven track record meeting/exceeding quotas in digital advertising sales, with expertise in real-time bidding, programmatic, or ad network sales (experience from publishers, traditional media, or digital advertising backgrounds welcome).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms (e.g., Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft), and comfort with MS Office.
- Strong communication skills — able to craft compelling pitch decks, conduct supporting research, and deliver engaging presentations.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, manage multiple deals at once, and travel to client sites as needed.
Comp: $150-$180k base
